bookby.ai ("we", "us") operates this website and the Cato booking assistant service. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we handle it. We keep it short and honest.
What we collect
When you submit our "Join our network" form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, business type, and any message you write. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security purposes. This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers.
How the form works
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox using EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. Your submitted details pass through EmailJS servers, which may be located outside Armenia, solely for the purpose of delivering your message to us. EmailJS processes this data according to its own privacy policy.
Why we use your data
We use the details you submit for one purpose: to respond to your request and discuss connecting your business to the bookby service. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any unrelated purpose.
Storage and retention
Your inquiry is stored in our email inbox and our business records. We keep it for as long as needed to communicate with you about the service. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so.
Your rights
Under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia on personal data protection, you may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Write to us at info@bookby.ai and we will respond.
The Cato booking service itself (bookings made by your customers through our assistant) is governed by a separate service agreement and privacy notice provided to partner businesses at onboarding.
